• Career planning in portfolio life

  On Thursday 11^th December, 12.00 – 13.15, we will be holding our second event online: Career planning in portfolio life – led by me, we delve into some of the considerations around presenting your experience for different audiences, judging the right fit and right balance of roles, and how to grow and broaden a portfolio. Whilst public sector focused, there is applicability for those already on or seeking to join private sector boards. Please click here to register.

• Managing the Dynamics Around the Board Table

  On Thursday 5^th February 2026 in Edinburgh (venue tbc), we will hold our third event in person. This will be an evening event with similar timings to our launch event – likely 18.00 – 20.00: Managing the Dynamics Around the Board Table – led by Lisa, we will discuss dealing with dominant voices, silent members, founder vs independent tensions, executive vs non-executive balance.
